Recently, Diane Hoskins and Andy Cohen (Co-CEO’s from Gensler) were interviewed by Fortune Magazine to discuss what they are working on to “de-densify” future office spaces.  According to their research, only 14% of people want to work from home full-time, suggesting the COVID-19 pandemic has NOT killed the office space.  To read about the big ideas they are working on, click here.
