In order to take advantage of the Section 179 IRS tax regulations, COCRE8 Interiors and the client determined a demountable wall solution would not only provide significant tax savings but meet the aesthetic, modern, look Cushman and Wakefield offices are known for.  Additionally, all demountable walls were specified with soft closers on pivot and sliding doors.  COCRE8 Interiors was able to meet the specifications on 360 lineal feet of conference rooms, private offices and huddle spaces by suggesting the client install the Muraflex FINO wall system.  All of the Muraflex walls were 10’ tall.  COCRE8 Interiors enlisted certified Muraflex Walls installer, Professional Installers Inc., to perform installation of all demountable walls.
